If you are looking to recharge your energy and burn waste and toxins from your skin and body, without great physical effort, the Ditox Therapy based on changes in water temperature is the best option.
We have 2 hot tubs and 1 wood-burning sauna, all located in a completely private space with a wide view of the Elquino sky. Each hot tub, like the sauna, is ideal for 2 or 1 person, but a maximum of 4 people can fit per hot tub and sauna. The therapy consists of a thermal circuit starting with 15 minutes of open-air hot tub, trying to relax and warm up the body, then 10 minutes maximum in the wood-burning sauna, where you will sweat, eliminating toxins from the body, and finally finishing off with 3 to 10 minutes in the hydromassage pool, with water at room temperature, where the entire body and skin will contract. Then you can restart the same routine as many times as you need.

Schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Please schedule 24 hours in advance).
