Description

In this Valley the origin of the water is neither rain nor snow, but rather the Roca Glacier… This tour seeks to explain the mysterious origin of our waters and the complex water system that feeds this basin and how this same water influences the creation of a unique Terroir for high altitude wines.

We go up the Quebrada de Alcohuaz until we reach the origin of this tributary stream, where the water of Mother Earth springs forth. We will taste the exquisite and incredibly pure Roca Glacier Water. A unique geological formation, typical of the Valley, which gives us an ancient water with a clear and mineral flavor that we will see expressed through a water tasting. Then we will see this same minerality expressed in one of the famous high altitude wines of the Alcohuaz Vineyard. You can choose any of the 5 wines available from the Vineyard, which will be tasted in a new tasting, but this time of the selected wine, explaining all the characteristics and origin of this.

NOTE: This tour has a flat rate to which the value of the selected Wine is added, considering its value in the Vineyard Sales Room.
