Description
The origin of the highest tributary streams in our Valley is unique in the world. Recent studies led by CEAZA have concluded that these waters do not come from rain or snow, but from ROCK GLACIERS. These are ancient Glaciers that have been buried since the Ice Age by rocks due to tremors and earthquakes. These are ancient waters that spring from the heights of our mountain range. It is one of the best kept secrets of our Valley, our only water reserves in these years of drought. Incredibly pure, frozen and crystalline water filtered by kilometers of Granite stone and whose flavor is delicious. They are beautiful and overwhelming Ecosystems, authentic Oases of Life where Fauna and Flora converge with more force than in the rest of the Valley.
