Go on a horse guided by a person who was raised in the mountains, Don Solercio del Rosario, whose mother was one of the last Crianzeras and Hierbateras of this corner of the Valley. We recommend bringing a pencil, notebook and camera to this tour, as it is full of content and one must assume the role of a naturalist on a reconnaissance expedition.
